About The Event

Change is unfolding on a massive scale driven by shifts in technology, globalisation, the physical environment, social responsibility, consumer and workforce expectations. More than ever organisations need to sense and rapidly respond to change. Business leaders expect learning to generate improved performance and organisational agility. At the same time jobs are being reshaped, skill needs are advancing, and the talent market is tight. Organisations need to support people to learn at pace.

These shifts increase demands upon L&D, while opening up new possibilities. Does your team have the level of adaptable capability you need to rise to these challenges? Are you equipped to help your organisation and it’s people to thrive in an ever-changing world?

Join organisational learning strategist and capability builder Michelle Ockers to gain insight into the contemporary L&D landscape and the levers that will enable you to build a high-impact L&D function that works at the speed of business:

  • Make sense of the changing world of work
  • Identify challenges, opportunities and shifting priorities for L&D
  • Explore the three critical levers to build adaptive capability
  • Discover which of these your team needs to shift
