About The Event

In a world where workplace disruption happens at an ever-increasing pace, L&D professionals have to lean into rapid change, even when it's uncomfortable.

To do that we have to let go. L&D teams must focus less on controlling learning, and shift to enabling learners to self-direct.

Michelle Ockers has been invited as special guest in this free webinar from Eduflow which will highlight the mindset changes needed to future-proof your L&D impact, including:

  • Solving business problems, not learning problems
  • Making the learner the hero
  • Teaching people how to identify, and learn, the highest impact skill for them
  • The power of inter-dependence with other organizational departments

Michelle will be in conversation with Cassie Naji, Director of L&D at Animalz content marketing agency.
