L&D Strategy Accelerator is a six-month expert-guided process supported by a licensed L&D Strategy Builder™ toolkit.
Sessions – 90-minute weekly sessions over a six-month period to guide you to co-design your learning strategy and create a custom implementation plan. Each week one of the following types of sessions will be conducted:
Strategy Toolkit – A licensed workbook and toolkit that contains tools and templates to help you co-create a bespoke organisational learning strategy. Each tool includes detailed guidance on how to use the templates and worked examples.
