Becoming A Learning Organisation is the title of the Waka Kotahi New Zealand Transport Agency’s learning strategy. Their learning strategy is their roadmap to becoming a high-performing learning organisation. Zoe Freeman, the Strategic Advisor in the Centre for Learning and Development, discusses how the strategy was created.
